It rained one day, and I liked the composition of all the bright umbrellas of the Japanese tourists who came to visit.

The kanji is the name of the shrine. Here's a photo of my teacher, Stephen K. Hayes, and myself (decked out in rain gear) at the upper shrine. I don't recall which of the three trips this was, but because I have raingear with me on this trip, I think it was after the one where we had the snow.
