CISLUNAR DHASANT: THE CITY OF GARGOYLES

The last will of Lord Tirnan Raventree of Cislunar made as follows:

First I will that all and any of my former wills or testaments be revoked.
Whereas I have by deed given unto Sieur Randolph Covington my house in Ankham with promise it shall be free of my wife's dower and I have also promised to give him one hundred stormmarks, this I will, for promises made in youth and in memory of our friendship.
And further, I will that my clerk Sieur Nathanial Glover shall have one hundred stormmarks, for the maintenance of his young wife and child, with my affection and regards. To my friend Captain Clairdon Mather I will and bequeath fifty stormmarks, and the contents of my sea-chest aboard the Grey Kestrel, which he has faithfully kept for me these years. And to Sieur Korvallis Sunspear, who once saved my life, I leave my astrolabe and navigation instruments, so that he will not get lost again. And also I will that my friend the Chevalier Etienne Redgrave shall have all of my copies of Cardan Aliax' works, to remind him of why he joined the military, and of our first match in training.
And further, I will that 50 per centum of my real savings as audited at the time of my death, and after disposition of the above, be divided evenly between my three sons Malachi, Olivar, and Gaetano, and put into their names, such accounts being in their mother Elianora's control until each reaches majority, for their maintenance and future, in the event their fortunes might otherwise be poor.
And after this is performed, my beloved wife Elianora, relinquishing her right of dower in Ankham, shall have all the rest of my goods, which shall include the Windgate House, which was given to me of the Raventree Estates by deed, and all possessions therein; and moreover all of my personal property whether within the aforesaid house or elsewhere; and in addition, all of my real property, which shall include my share of Raventree Shipping, at 20 per centum control, and my share of The Siren's Fancy, at 15 per centum investment, and profits thereof; and all titles and rights which are otherewise mine, including my seat on the Council of Lords, et cetera, to use or dispose of as she wishes, within the covenant of the Raventree family; that is, that she offer any property she might wish to sell to the Raventree family first to purchase, except the share of the Siren't Fancy, which should be offered first to her captain, Captain Addington Grey. And this my last will I make and ordain my well-beloved wife my sole executor, desiring my respected loving friends Marquis Mourngrym Amcathra and Earl Llewellyn Finster as overseers to advise and further the performance of this will.
Written with my own hand this thirtieth day of Stormbirth 848

Tirnan Raventree
