Thacarias was an NPC illusionist, a friend of Eyvan Majarra's. He was raised by gargoyles and has very close ties to the Free Gargoyles of Cislunar. Always underconfident, when Thax was vampirized with the rest of the Black Rose Company he quickly slipped into insanity.
