This is a warmer, dryer land, home to the tribal Haansi and the ancient, urban Hutaakan. The terrain ranges from green deciduous forests of spice and fruit trees to dry deserts filled with twisted, wind-carved sandstone monoliths and arches.
This very large walled port lies at the base of the Sherenyu-Thar Mountains, beside the Djerjain Jungle. The city was built by Hutaakan, but also contains a number of Haansi and a handful of members of other races, mostly traders and scholars from northern Khes. Sherenyu-Ruk is primarily built of whitewashed brick, and its streets are mostly hard-packed dirt.
