Twilight's Letters

Written by Twilight's player, Diane

DM's CLARIFICATION: Twilight's real name is Gabrielle. The Vair she writes to here is the grandfather of the Vair in the Theophany campaign. In the second letter, she refers to Erevor's Letters.

Vair -
My time here is short. The purpose for which my friends and I came to Oscoro is about to be complete. Once that is done, I will return to Candor and the house of Daimon Childe.
I will not go into detail, however, I will tell you that the reason we came here was to recover something stolen from Daimon many years ago, by the twin necromancers Mephista and Morphias. Once we have what we came for, it will be very dangerous for us here; thus it will be dangerous for you as well.
I want you to know that I did not want to leave this way. I don't know where our relationship would have gone had we had more time. You are very important to me and I don't want you to think less of our time together because of this. You have taught me things that I had only heard about before now and couldn't imagine experiencing.
I remembered that you said that you will be in Candor in the spring. I will look for you then, if not before that. It will be easier for me to find you than you to find me. However, there is someone who might help you if you desire to find me. Her name is Epharim and she is a female bard centaur.
I don't have the eloquence of pen as you and the words that I search for do not come easily to me. So, I guess the best I can do is to tell you goodbye in a simple way and may good fortune grace you till I see you again. I do promise that I will see you again.

Love,
Gabrielle

Cognac -

I wish to thank you for the letters that you sent to me. I hope that you find them in good repair.
The information regarding Tocair was invaluable. However, I would like to ask you if you have any more knowledge of Tocair, his apprentice Airic, and Riddhi. If you could ask your great-aunt Quesse if she has any knowledge of Airic or Riddhi?
Also, could you find any more about the creature that your grandmother's brother talked about in his letter? I am assuming that Erevor was in Candor when he wrote that letter. If so, perhaps there will be information at the palace about this. Or possibly the temple of Bel - I assume he was a priest of Bel, working for the bishop.

Best,
Gabrielle
