In answer to the question you asked me—between orcs such marriage is illegal. As of about 20 years ago, Zed made it legal between humans as far as cohabitation, though there are no laws that will equate such to a heterosexual marriage (so Daniel would not inherit your title, for example). However, there are nonprejudicial laws on the books so that things like going up in rank and etc. cannot legally be affected by such. Keep in mind, though, that youwould have to prove such an act of prejudice.
